2. Our services

Kratika Yoga provides online yoga courses, guided practices, PDF programs, educational content and links to recommended products. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and available, but the website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Move within your own limits, stop if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort, and seek professional medical advice before practising if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether yoga is appropriate for you. By using the content, you accept responsibility for practising safely.

7. Acceptable use
